I got the CD from the 140 in CO with the O-320, it references the C150 STC (SA750CE) installation instructions on the 337, plus another N-number C140 and was field approved back in 1996. I ordered the second N-number CD to see if more clues, but still waiting on that. Either way I think the odds of getting something like at approved today are slim.

A glimmer of hope:
FAA Form 337s approved in 1955 or earlier may be used as approved data.
Previously approved 337s from 1956 and later can be used as acceptable data in support of a field approval.

That’s good to know, although I’m not sure there are good odds any O320s were installed in 120/140s before ‘55.
