I made my own. Turns out they are stock diameter inside and out (7/16") of 4130 seamless available on Spruce, so I just cut them to length.
I got a foot of both .028 and .035 and I think the .028 fit. I was thinking I might have to ream the .035 out to the bolt diameter, but it was easier than I thought.
