Location of Headphone and Microphone Jacks

Post by elliotblock »

Where have people put their headphone and microphone jacks?

Can some people post some photos?

Thanks!

Mine currently are on the panel but plan on moving them to the door post this summer. Will be really nice to not have the cord draped accross my lap...

I too would love to see some pics of exactly where and how people put them...

I put mine on the outer, forward edge of the hat rack. That way the cords are hanging behind the seat, into the baggage area, and/or on the hat rack. As you say, "not in my lap".

I put mine in the rear headliner. I wired in bose lemos at the same time. Nice to have, never have to worry about headset batteries again.

Thanks all... that rear headliner installation is pretty nice.

For now I'm going with Bose Jacks only and they will be near the pilots' outboard knees. If I don't like it, I'll change it later...

Keep the photos coming if anyone has anymore to share!

Thanks,
Elliot
