When it was Scott, that steering arm was on some of the 3450 series heavy duty wheels. They were used on things like the Cessna 185. I know some folks put them on the 3200 series assemblies. Not sure that was completely Kosher...

The entire tailwheel assembly is part number 3224A. I'll have to look at the parts list tomorrow to see how the steering arm itself is numbered.

The "bent" steering arm part number is ABI-3214-00.
