Need a sample weight and balance sheet for a C-140

Post by 8353 »

Howdy All,

I am modifying an Excel workbook for a weight and balance calculator for my 1946 C-140.

Does anyone have a sample weight and balance I can use to set up the stations for the arm and moment data?

Thanks!

I looked in the library. Nothing there I need. There is a blank aircraft weighing form with no data on it.

I need some examples of real live aircraft to see the actual stations, so I can get the moment and arm data.

Are you talking about an equipment list?

I have one that I downloaded but cannot get it to attach here, sorry.

Why can't you use the information on your own weight and balance form? All you should need is arms for the seats, tanks and baggage compartment, right?

I made up an Excel spreadsheet for my 140A. You can modify it to fit yours. Send me you email or call.

I just bought the plane and it is 1800 miles away. The previous owner can't get to the airplane right away, so he could not send me a copy.

The plane is in Portland and I am in Texas. I will have to fly the plane home soon, so I will need some good weather and a big hole in my schedule!
