My 140 primer leaks a few drops. It’s a lunkenheimer Co. pat 1917 primer. Does anyone stock parts?

Most likely not. I believe the Lunkenheimers used packing instead of the more (now) common o-rings. I have never had one apart and hopefully someone will chime in.
Here's a ditty I found from an Ercoupe driver discussing his 'old' primer, it may be useful...

Just one thing: If your primer is like the one described, oiling it won't do any good because each time you pump it the whole thing fills up with fuel, washing away any oil you might have put there.
Fuel lube (Ez-turn) on the leather packing sounds like a good idea, though.
