Engine Mount to Firewall bolts C90 NAS145-15

Good afternoon fellow 120/140 lovers.
I am having my 1947 engine mount sent out for a refurb (never had any damage) and I want to replace the hardware that attaches the engine mount to the firewall. For the 4 main attach points, the Cessna parts manual specifies an NAS145-15 bolt. I notice that Spruce doesnt carry it, though Univair does (at $45.00 each!). Is there anything special about that internal-wrenching bolt? Have any of you replaced those lately? Anything special to look out for? Mine is a C90-12 on a stock 1947 140. The motor mount has never been swapped or removed (at least according to the logbooks).
Also, I was intending on using Loree Air to do the refurb, but they charge $1500 to start! Yikes- a new one is $1700. Mine has no damage at all. Any other recommendations to strip it, crack detection, and refinish?
