I'm trying to figure out how to replace the supports for the fuel lines in the rear door posts. Adel clamps are offset instead of directly over the hole, so I'd have to make new holes to attach them. What have people done to replace these?

I'm still hoping someone has an answer for this.

Sorry for the late response!! I took a look at my airplane. Mine still has the original clamps and they are holding fine, so I must have been thinking of another aircraft I worked on in the past.

Two thoughts. 1. if the fuel line has enough "spring" to it, to be able to shift it slightly to the side to accomdate the adel clamp, that should be fine.
2. if it's too rigid, then I would just drill another hole, either above or below (obviously offset) to accomdate the Adel clamp. that way the two holes aren't next to each other. The rear door frame doesn't hold near the load the front door frame does, so one more hole shouldn't affect it's strength.
