Replacing anti-chafe on fuel and brakes

The rubber anti-chafe lining around several fuel and brake lines on my 120 are crumbling apart and need to be replaced. Does anyone know of a modern equivalent?
It must have been put on before the ends were flared, as it's just large enough to fit over the 1/4" aluminum tube.
