How do I remove the standard incandescent GE bulb from the Grimes landing light bowl?

If you mean the one that comes down out of the wing, there is a snap ring holding it in place. You should see the split in the ring looking from the front, with two tiny tabs or two holes. Squeeze the ring together and it can be removed, and then the bulb.
