Continental 0200 Exhaust

Post by dliptrap »

I have a large crack in my exhaust which can't be repaired. Does anyone know where I can find a left side 0200 exhaust? I will include pics.

Can't be repaired? Have you tried Dawley? They can replace everything but one of the end plates, and when done, replace the end plate, if necessary.

If they can't fix it try Aerospace Welding Inc. in Minnesota.
They did a great job for me.

Piqua, Ohio-based Tailwind Technologies’ sister operating companies, AMI-AWI, have acquired the assets of Dawley Aviation and Dawley Mfg., both of which serve the general aviation market.

AMI-AWI are providers of aviation and tubular components, exhaust systems, thin-wall welding, and precision machining. Dawley Aviation supplies repaired, overhauled, and remanufactured exhaust systems, while Dawley Mfg. provides custom metal fabrication, tube bending, and metal finishing.

Owner and founder Larry Dawley will become senior vice president of AMI-AWI.
