Instrument Panel "Piano Key" switch markings

Tell me please... looks to me as if many of the 1947 forward 140's have a clear plastic panel above the "piano key" switches through which the push/pull cable controls run. If this is true, has anyone reproduced these? Also, is there a common source for any other 140 reproduction cosmetic parts?
