There’s no limitation against it as far as I’m aware. I fly with my 120’s windows open with no issues.

It is OK.

If it was not, there would be Warnings in the Operating Handbook.

I was thinking the same thing, there would be a placard if it was a limitation.

Are there any wear issues with the hings or latches that I should be concerned about?

No problems flying with the windows open. Convert to Cessna 150 latches and they ride up to the bottom of the wing really nicely. Apparently one door off is legal (maybe with an STC) and she’ll still fly fine with both doors off. Don’t ask how I know. Just don’t have anything loose in the back.
