I have an airstrip on my place for 32 years now. Originally it was a 900 foot strip and worked fine. For the last twenty years it’s been 1700 feet long. My 85 Hp and 100 Hp 120’s and 140’s do fine on it. Welcome to the Club!

Good folks in Poplar Grove, they won't steer you wrong. Good Luck finding an aircraft.............still :o I understand pickins' are Slim and prices have gone up. There's one out there...............Oh and the Ultra light.............." don't settle" get what you want.
