Anyone have a line on a c-120/140 A and P or A/I for a pre purchase near Mobile, AL<

Found a guy. He's even got scales and will weigh the airplane in a pre purchase. First thing I'm going to have him do.

Not looking for perfection, and the seller is a well respected A and P A/I who has been super easy to work with long distance. Reasonably clean logs, close to weight, stuff works, no rat's nests, etc.
