It was back flying at some point. As I remember it the plane was at one of our Conventions and won the PBR award for the most "unique" 140. The point at which the wings hit the hangar door was on the cover of the newsletter.

That was a fun clip to watch again, I had forgotten about! Well on up to the hanger door moment, that kinda made me cringe... But kinda cool to see one of our birds on the silver screen...

If you check the registration database you will see that the original (judging by the serial number) was deregistered in 1973. The number was later assigned to a different 140 and that one was subsequently deregistered in 1986. It appears to be unassigned at the moment.
